All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Our business days are Sunday to Thursday (excluding Friday and Saturday).
Delivery Timelines
Within Oman: 1–3 business days
GCC countries: 3–7 business days
International destinations: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Delays & Exceptions
In the unlikely event of a delay, our customer service team will contact you directly to provide assistance.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
